All items are sent on a signature courier delivery service. This means items are tracked & insured so in the event of any issues, you are covered on lost items that have not been signed for (unless you request the courier to leave the package without a signature). CourierPost & NZ Couriers are our main courier service providers.
Freight is calculated based on your order.
Each product has a shipping guide that provides an estimate of the freight cost for that particular item. The actual freight cost will be calculated and presented to you at the confirmation page before you submit your order.
Auckland – 1 Working Day
North Island – 1 to 2 Working Days
South Island – 1 to 3 Working Days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates based on the courier companies suggested delivery time. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries
